Stephanie was friendly and knowledgeable and patient. It was a fun experience however I bought 4 charms and was not offered a bag or box and had to ask for something.

The customer service was great. The store was nice and clean. The sales person took time to help me pick out charms for my bangle.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted and asked how I was. The staff was knowledgeable and was able to show my husband and I what i wanted

The employee who helped me was very kind and didn’t get frustrated when I kept asking for different things. The environment was clean and I found what I was looking for very easily. I don’t usually go into jewelry stores but I was pleasantly surprised at Pandora!
