Salesperson Dayana B was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Despite the wait time in line to get inside, once inside store, it seemed very organized. Nice having the jewelry cleaner station available for customers.

Staff were responsive to all questions on size and attachment, had a variety of the items in stock and available sizes. Carefully explained the differences in styles. Listened to her questions and gave very thorough feedback. Made the experience enjoyable and pleasant.

Great customer service

Soon as I walked in an associate was ready to help me. I was looking for a ring but I didn't know my size she pulled out a ring to check my size and it just so happened the ring she pulled out was the exact size and that was the ring I purchased

Ellen was happy to help me exchange a bracelet for the same one in the correct size. She put it on my wrist for me to make sure that I was happy with the fit, which I was. Then she was able to locate a charm that I had seen online but it was out of stock online. She offered to put it on my bracelet but didn’t as I wearing two Pandora ME bracelets & the charm was for my bracelet at home. Thanks Ellen!

Ellen helped me out tremendously and always stayed focused on what I liked. She asked questions to get a feel of my taste and suggested items based on my responses. She was very attentive and knew the product well. I will be going back the next time my family is in the area.
