The Slsprsn Kayla C. No. 166091 at the Pandora in Jensen Beach, FL went over and above helping me out. She spent a good hour helping me pick out the right bracelet and charms, she put it together to make sure it was what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this Pandora store and the sales associate Kayla.

Alejandra V was very helpful she presented excellent customer service and I was very pleased with her assistance. She went above and beyond by taking the time to offer and clean my bracelet and she also introduced me to the new line of pandora which I’ll be coming back in the future to look over for Christmas gifts. I had never been to a Pandora before and had never owned any jewelry by Pandora up until my recent visit at store #0435. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales woman by the name of Jennifer N 111473. I was planning on only buying ONE ring. But she was so sweet and her customer service was so great that she convinced me into buying TWO. She went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and with what I wanted. I will 100% return to this Pandora for my future Pandora purchases!

Took bracelet, necklace and charms for cleaning and service was exceptional. Kim ensured all were polished so they looked like new. She arranged the charms so they balanced out on my bracelet.
