Occasionally I have had a rude salesgirl in this store but Rebecca C has totally made up for this with her professionalism and going out of her way to help me with offering to clean my bracelet without my even asking her to.

Jennifer is a true asset to Pandora. She is very accommodating and has a great sense of styling bracelets

The salesperson greeted me as soon as walked in the door. Asked if I needed help finding something? Showed the requested merchandise and even something to go with it. Most helpful. Always a pleasant store to shop at.

Everyone in this store is always pleasant and helpful. Even if it seems over crowded they try to get to everyone as quickly as they can. I've never had a bad experience in this store.

The sales people are always so nice and helpful. The selection of charms is great.
