I was highly satisfied with my experience due to the honesty of the employees and their kindness. Although all my experiences have been wonderful a friend of mine has purchased a rose gold ring from your company and it has been slightly over a year and almost all of the stones around the ring has fallen out and the plating has been removed, she does not do a lot of manual labor or any daily physical activities for this happen.

The availability for the collecting was plentiful. The sizes for the bracelet were available to try on The salesperson went over care of the jewelry and showed how to add charms to the bangle.

Knowledgeable sales staff, very helpful and very patient. They enjoyed their work.

Service representatives were very courteous but as a visitor there was no discounts .... better I buy online than visiting
