The sales lady was very knowledgeable. She helped to make the right choice for a Christmas gift as well as a gift for myself. I love all the choices they give you.

I was out of town on thanks giving and my husband bought some stuff for me and it didn't fit so i had to go to the store and get the right sizes and pick different pieces and and the sales associate was very helpful.

While shopping at Pandora we were helped right away considering it was a Sunday afternoon and the holiday deals were going on. We had a very nice sales associate and she was very patient with everything going on. We were in there a while and no once did she get aggravated with us. She was very helpful and we got/found what we came in the store for!

It was the day after Black Friday. My husband and I went early, shortly after the store opened at 8am. Thankfully, the store was empty! We were in and out in about 10 min. I love the charm we bought for our daughter for Christmas, and best yet, it was 25% off!
