Needed to exchange bracelet bought at Xmas that kept opening and falling off. Sales Rep agreed the clasp was to easy to open and gladly exchanged. She was also very helpful in recommending another charm and Recommending placement of existing charms.

Soon as I walked into the store I was greeted nicely by Lauren. I was looking for a specific ring my girlfriend wanted, so I showed her a photo of what I was looking for and she knew exactly where to find it. She took care of me very quickly really appreciate it .
