Juliana G was very nice and polite explaining everything to me and also she did an amazing cleaning my beautiful bracelet and helped me pick out charms for my bracelet. For starters the sales associate Tatyana S. Greeted me as soon as I walked in & asked if I needed help or was looking for anything particular. Also let me know about the new collection. She then was able to answer my question about the fit of the charms because I had a bracelet from a different collection they no longer had. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely shop there again.

The sales associate that assisted us at the Jensen beach FL, (mall location) was FABULOUS! She was so helpful, patient, kind, and knowledgeable about the products! Her joyful presence was infectious. We came in with our two young boys (8,6) and they can get restless, but she interacted with them, which made them feel like they were part of the process. We do not spend money lightly or frivolously, so generally I didn't think about returning to make more purchases, however, her service and attitude were so wonderful that I would definitely come back to purchase from her. I would also recommend my friends and family also go in to see her.
