Kylie was fantastic. I explained I was looking for a ring that I just couldn’t live without. I didn’t have to purchase anything as I was only looking for myself. She immediately said well let me show you our newest ones. She recommended a few and was so nice as I tried several different ones on. In the end I left with two. She was super nice and friendly which made the experience that much better.

The customer service in this store was wonderful. The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me. The sales associate was very sweet-Kylie—and Donovan made sure he found the charm I was looking for. I had an issue with an old credit and the manager Mallory was so attentive and accommodating to assist me. Customer service like this is extremely rare these days. I am so appreciative.
