Received a bracelet for as a gift but it was a bit tight. Was able to exchange for the next size with ease. Sales assoc was knowledgable of the product & showed accessories to enhance the original purchase.

Upon my arrival at this location I was greeted with a very warm "Hello welcome to Pandora and an associate will be with shortly". It took the associate less than 2 minutes to gather my attention and proceed with assisting me with not only picking out some beautiful gifts but also elaborating on the wonderful offers that were available throughout the store. She also expressed the beauty of the jewelry and how the additions to the pieces would be very lovely over time. She was very awesome and considerate to my needs.
