The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. She knew exactly which charms I was looking for once I described them and even showed me other similar options. Even though the store was quite full when I entered they acknowledged me immediately and did not have to wait long.

I love the fact that you can tell a story about your life. I just wish Pandora would consider making a THIN BLUE LINE charm

i never expected that they will have more charms than they show in the desk, when you first enter to the store, it seems they don´t have variety until Ashley ask me if i needed help. she show me everything and told me that they had more charms than they show, it was terrific!

Liberty was really awesome and extremely helpful. This was my first time in this store and second time at Pandora. This was overwhelming but her knowledge made it so much easier. She knows her stuff but doesn’t pressure you or hover over you to make a purchase.
