My daughter got me a bracelet & 3 charms online; it was a final sale. Bracelet was too small. Went in to browse bracelets. Great experience with Barbara -- she showed me various styles and sizes while I decided which bracelet I wanted. VERY pleased with the experience!!!! I have already told my daughter that Pandora is the place for the gifts for this year for me :)

I appreciated the help that I got from the time that I walked into the store. I was greeted and presented with assistance. I asked about the current promotion and the sales associate walked me around to show me everything included in the sale. I saw a specific piece of jewelry online that was part of the sale and I asked the associate about it and she showed me them. She also showed me other pieces I might be interested in. And, she helped calculate the price of my items before I purchased them so I would know how much I would be saving. Ellen was very pleasant and helpful.
