My pandora bracelet builder was actually Mallory the store manager!!!! She was super patient with me and walked me through everything that I needed to know about Pandora charms. The other two ladies had no problem jumping in to help me as well. They were all so nice and helpful. I will definetly visit this particular pandora store again.

The salesperson, Jen has been extremely helpful in finding gifts for my wife. Since I purchased my wife's first bracelet in West Palm Beach, I have purchased an additional bracelet, charms for both bracelets to fill them both up, including my last purchase which Jen helped me out with. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and I asked Jen to help me pick something out that was really different. Jen introduced the necklace that is adjustable and my wife can change out her charms out on this necklace. I was immediately sold on the idea. My wife was totally excited about the new gift and she loves it. The reason my wife and I wait for Jen when ever we visit this store is because she has a great personality and willing to help with whatever questions we have. Jen has taken the time to rearrange my wife's charms on her bracelets in the order she thought expressed my wife's life. During the Christmas time, I waited for over an hour for Jen just so she could assist me. I have purchased over 20 charms with Jen as the sales associate. I hope that the other associates are as helpful with their customers as Jen is with us. Jen is very special. Keep up the great work.

Lisa was able to pull together multiple options for me quickly. She recommended spacers and some other options that I hadnt thought of. I'm definitley going back to this location for future purchases. They also cleaned both of my bracelets while I was shopping. Everyone there is friendly and helpful.

Greeted promptly, was told about current promotions. Jenna was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the product and very sweet and caring.
