I enjoy the professional and friendly atmosphere everytime I visit. I'm always greeted and I usually ask for Becca to help me with my selections b/c she is so wonderful and makes my experience awesome. However, this time I was helped by Lisa and she was just as nice and helpful. She showed me exactly what I was looking for and made my shopping trip a pleasure.

Great service in a timely manner

The staff Becca & Mallory are always kind and patient. If asked, they seem to give their honest opinion and always want me to be satisfied. This was my 13 y/o daughter’s first experience selecting her own charms. Mallory helped her make the perfect additions to her 1st Pandora bracelet! My daughter was a very happy customer.
