The customer service was awesome. The ladies were very friendly and helpful. The store was nice a clean.

For one, the customer service was really great! My wife and I went in for the sale they were having and we were greeted by Becca who showed us the particular Sale items that we were wanting to take a look at. She was very patient with us and even showed us a recommendation of charm the wife and I were unaware about, to the point that we ended up purchasing it! lol It was a great and nice experience and my wife and I would come back to do business again at this location.

I was greeted when I walked in, I felt very welcomed. Ellen took her time and all her forcus was on me. I will definitely come back for her service but also her great amazing ideas for making charm bracelets. My fiance spent money on me. Thanks for her ideas and awesome customer service I walked out very happy.

The sales person was extremely helpful and offered suggestions that were helpful in the decision of the final purchase. I was purchasing a ring for my granddaughter's 13th birthday and was shown options for future purchase that could be added to the initial one. We were very satisfied with the final ring selection
