The associate at the front of the store it’s a lady that I have had the happy opportunity of waiting on me several times before. We have not been to the mall in a long time, very very long time. Whenever we’re there I stop and have my necklace cleaneded. It has about 12 items on it! And I never take it off! I believe her name was Alan by the way. She is a wonderful person! There was a new charm that I wanted and she got it for me and help me pick a chain which was a $200 sale. While I was there my mask had slipped down and there was a woman who is in my opinion very nasty and her tone of voice to tell me to pull it up! There was no other customers in the store and she did not have to be so rude!!!

The sales associates were very friendly. She saw my purse and knew exactly what to show me in the store. She was very knowledgeable about the products.

Our sales girl Ann was extremely patient and so nice. I came in with 3 bracelets to be cleaned and rearranged. Ann took her time and made it a pleasurable experience.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect gift. The store was crowded but they were sanitizing everything and hand sanitizer was available for customers.

The associate was great and helped us find what we were looking for.

Always associates are friendly and kind. They look for me my best alternative and styles inside my range price. And always have good deals that I can afford.

My husband brought me to the store to pick out a new bead for my birthday. I had in mind that I really wanted something in Pandora Rose as I have been mixing my metals lately and do not have much in Rose yet. Ellen was wonderful helping me find some to pick from -- then I saw an O pendant, and although I already have one in silver and didn't think I could get one in rose yet, because then I would need another chain, etc. Ellen showed me a new way to wear the pendant incorporating what I already have especially because she noticed that I don't mind mixing silver and rose. I had no intention of getting another pendant, but I did and could not be more thrilled with my birthday gift! I've already worn it multiple times! I am thrilled!
