I really have to say I had a great experience today when I stop into Pandora! I have to say they went above and beyond for me. From the employee Alexis and the manger (i cant remember her name) they were for sure both nice,sweet and helpfully as well as always having a smile on there faces. Witch mean a lot to me because I myself work in retail and i know how hard things can get. I just want them to know how thankful I am for there help and I appreciate it.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcomed me the second I came into the store. I needed help finding a graduation gift set and they were more than willing to show me quite a few options in my price range. She then explained to me how different gifts worked and then explained the return exchange policy.
