The manager Courtney was very friendly and helpful. I will go to this store again.

I enjoy the Pandora experience with the exception the item I was looking for was out of stock, and the others selections were hidden. I will continue to purchase from Pandora but wish they had more options. The charms are stacked and not visible to browse. You also do not have any sports selections such as home town teams and the sports you do are very limited. Examples are you have no bowling and golf charms. I cannot customize my bracelet to match me.

First, all three reasons can be summed up by your Staff. I have been to other Pandora's and was very put off by the Staff. I will only come to this location to make my purchases.

The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to locate the merchandise I described and recommended the the right size. I was able to purchase the bracelet and charm I wanted. I will definitely return

They have great customer service. The lady Alexis was very helpful and very nice and patient with me.
