Pandora Jewelry

Called in advance and had charm placed on hold for pick-up. Arrived 20 mins later and was advised I had to wait 45 mins to 1 hr to purchase charm even though I had cash. During initial call rep never mentioned there was a line and 1 hr wait time. Considering the gift was for my daughter and it was Christmas otherwise I would not have waited to purchase over priced charm.

It was very busy in store due to day and advertised special.finally picked out what wanted only to find out Disney items were not included in offer. Instead of buying 2 I only bought 1 item. Pandora was at fault for not having exception put on signs and TV adds.
