We had to wait in line to get into the store. The person at the door asked for our name and told us someone will be with us shortly. While we were waiting they called a name similar to my name and when my fiancé said my name. The Sales person “Sarah” snapped at him and said my name would be called soon. She did not need to give us attitude in front of everyone in the store, it was kinda Embarrassing.

I received a pandora bracelet as a gift from my in laws who live out of state. The bracelet itself was too big so I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. The purchase was made 35 days before I received the gift. It’s rather a pathetic return/exchange policy especially when you have the original receipt AND the gift receipt. I cannot help the fact that they live out of state and couldn’t make it here in time to get the bracelet to me, nor is it my mother in law’s fault that she didn’t know I needed a smaller bracelet. I’m highly dissatisfied with this experience all together and refuse to ever come back there.

my husband and i stopped in to purchase a charm for our daughter's birthday. we walked into the store and there were three sales woman carrying on a conversation, one associate told us she would be with us shortly and we waited for five minutes before she stopped talking and proceeded to wait on us. i told her my daughter had a silver bracelet and i wanted to purchase a charm. she pulled a tray out and i ask to see several charms, she was not rude but was not friendly at all, my husband ask her if everything was okay and she replied yes, why???she never said more then a few words to us, she made us feel unwanted and uncomfortable. i purchased a charm and left the store. when i gave y daughter the charm, it was for a gold bracelet not silver, i should have noticed it but i was very upset after the way we were treated, i ask my daughter to return it and exchange it on her own...

I was given a ring (clear elegance) I believe for my birthday last year (Aug 2017) and in the past year I have had to exchange it 3 times due to some malfunctions. After a few weeks to a month, the stones around the finger band fall off and the shape of the ring is extremely bent into an ovular shape. The first time this happened, an associate said to not wear it during exercising, shower, or work, and I stopped wearing it during all those activities. I still doin the ring to be very bent and multiple stones had fallen out. I tried to exchange it and was told I was no longer able to exchange it. I am highly dissasitsfied with the quality of the jewelry and the inability to accodomate by request.

I am a teenager and I was buying a gift for mother’s day. The woman whom I assume was the manager did not treat me well because I was younger and waited 15 minutes into my visit to add me to the wait list. No one checked on me or offered assistance.

The employees paid no attention that I was standing there waiting for over a half hour and helped others the came in after me.

I waited in the store for over twenty minutes before an associate acknowledged me. Customers that entered the store after me were acknowledged and even offered assistance before me. It wasn't until another customer pointed out to the sales associates that I was there before them, was I offered any assistance.

Called to verify you had a charm in stock, the person answered and told me to call back later because they were busy an hung up before I could speak. When I called back hours later they were rude and wouldn't take a stock number to look up the charm, made me find charm name. While in the store the associate assisting me was fine however other associates loudly kept trying to pressure me into making additional purchases while in front of other customers. I told them I was there for just the charm and they continued it was extremely embarrassing. I will never shop pandora again.

Customer service was slow and not to friendly

The sales associate pressured us into purchasing much more than we wanted to after telling her that we were done shopping. She would not respect that and pressured us.
