I didn't like the overall pushiness of the sales person. I will come in a buy what i want, i don't wish to be pushed into buying needless things. Overall they were helpful and seemed like a nice team. They had charms that were sold out online so i was happy.

My bill was over &200.00, I would of thought the sales lady would have told me there was going to be an offer of a free bracelet in 2 days, I would have waited to buy it. The girls at Southpark Strongsville, Ohio would have told me about the sale. Last time I ever shop at Great Northern north Olmsted Ohio

Was satisfied with sales associate but charm I came in to purchase for a gift was sold out & I was told store was unable to order it for me but that there may be more on future shipments. Was quite surprised when advised it was not your policy to place a specific order for a customer

There didn’t seem to be enough workers at the store in order to assist everyone - they had to make a waiting list to serve everyone which took about 20 minutes of waiting. Because of how many customers they had to serve, the workers seemed very rushed and were constantly busy with multitasking multiple customers and whatnot.

didn't have the size ring we wanted at the first store. inventory was a mess the sales clerk had to look through all kinds of merchandise to try and find the style we were looking for and size. the lady taking our name as we entered needed some customer service training. also the same woman as we were paying interrupted our sale to tell the sales clerk she needed the Ipad we were using to complete the sale and to hurry up. So that tells me you got my sale and money now hurry up and get out of my store!!! Very unprofessional

The sales associates didn't make me feel welcome. They greeted me but it was like an "oh yeah, hello". Then it was like who was going to wait on me. The new girl, got the short straw. She wasn't sure how to do my return and had to keep going back to one of the other associates. She did the best she could by being new. No, came over to assist her. I believe the manger or assistance came when she was finish.

I bought a bead and it's broken I think I should have it replaced because I didn't intentionally break it it broke by itself it came apart from the inside

I will do my orders from now on online, felt like the sales lady was rushing me because there was only 2 working and one lady doing some kind of order! The lady doing the order should have stopped and helped the customers in the store. I bought the items because felt bad for the people waiting.

They stay did not seem to be happy about the guests that were in the store. We were not acknowledged for over twenty minutes of being in the store. We were walked passed and ignored by multiple employees while others received acknowledgments and greetings. Sales woman was not at all personable. Manager seemed to be rushing customers and agitated.
