This location at Great Northern mall is very snobbish. I have visited several times and had to wait excessive lengths of time to be taken care of. The managers are very fake in their attempt at being friendly. They seem to be more concerned about making their sales than they are at taking care of the customers. They need to realize without the customers they have no sales!! The woman that took care of me this time, Phyllis, is actually very nice. However she seemed like she was lost and did not know her inventory very well. She did spend a great deal of time locating the item I wanted, which I appreciated. But the trays were such a mess... no organization at all! She had to look through at least 8 or 10 trays to find the earrings. I doubt I will return to this location. It's not a very inviting or friendly environment. And the excessive wait times are just ridiculous!

I don’t like the fact that I can’t use my credit card that doesn’t have a chip in it. I had to run around the mall and find an atm. The card has to have a PIN number and this card doesn’t. It almost caused me not to make my purchase.

The only issue I experience is with sizing. I need bigger sizes like 10/10.5/11. At store when I do visit they usually have 8-9.5. I particularly like gold or the rose gold. But Elizabeth looked and looked and we tried different combinations. I wanted the leaf or feather rose gold but not big enough. Thank you

I went in for the buy 2 get 1 free sale. The associate told me about the cleaning kit so I added that. When she rang me up my get 1 free ended up being the cleaning kit. When I asked why it was that instead of a charm she said that's how it works and there was nothing she could do.

The store was small but very nice, the earring selection wasn't too big, but the jewelry they did had was very very nice very pretty, maybe having more employees at the floor will be a good idea, i want to make clear that the employees that were there at the moment were very friendly and helpful!

I was confused on how I spent $320 dollars and I didn't receive a 3rd gift. I picked a $100 ring for one of the gifts and paid the difference of $35 bringing my subtotal to $320 but the sales associate said since its part of a gift already I couldn't receive a 3rd gift. I thought the subtotal was what mattered.

The sales associate I had was very friendly; however, the sales lead wasn’t as friendly. The sales lead wasn’t mean, just not as polite. I shop in Pandora a lot and most associates are very friendly. My sales associate was new because wasn’t familiar with all of the merchandise. I was ok with that because she was extremely sweet and patient as I made my selections. My sales associate was great. I was satisfied with my experience.

Beautiful items but wayyyyy to hight , experience the charms I saw was 30 dollars and I thinks that’s to high maybe if u go down a little on the prices people well come more often
