I just felt the sales assistance could been little more knowledgeable with what u guys had I want new bracelet but she Wasn’t even sure if you guys had it in stock and she sure didn’t care to even look other than that she was polite and nice but she kind of seemed like she was already ready to go home because it was later in the night well evening

Heart valentine charm I purchased looks like pink plastic (which I am sure it is actually) Silver heart with pink/red enamel hearts painted also looked way better online than it does in person. For $110 I have got much better quality from Pandora. I am likely going to return these

no one is Highly satisfied but I was very satisfied with my visit to Pandora and I will come back thank you.

They didn’t have many charms to choose from in rose gold for the sale

I had to sign in and wait over 20 minutes for help.

We were in the store for about 10 minutes before someone came up to us and said they were taking names and the wait time was about 30 minutes. We left and came back later. When we walked back in, someone came up to us after about 3 minutes and asked us if we needed help in a confused tone. I didn't feel like an appreciated customer and wasn't given caring attention, especially as a customer buying anything from Pandora for the first time ever. There was no good way to browse the collection or understand the different product lines. Very small store, very unorganized, not friendly and welcoming.

There were candy wrappers on the floor. Also, the charm I was looking for was not in stock. Lastly, I was not happy with the wait for service. I was quoted 20 minutes. The good thing is that 20 minutes was accurate.

The wait to get into the store was over 25 minutes and all I had to do was make an exchange....

Nicole at Great Northern said the item cost was $95, but when I arrived at the store Bailey showed me that the item cost was $100. Not a huge problem, but Nicole should have checked to make sure she was giving correct information.

Enjoyed my experience in the store.
