The store was out of stock of a significant number of the charms I sought. The primary reason I purchased in store and not online is because I'd like to see charms in person. Even if you would have charms in person that we are not permitted to buy, seeing how they would look on a bracelet is the most important thing to me. Still, I understand holding inventory that you are not selling is a problem, so it's not an unreasonable thing, but having so many charms unavailable was fairly frustrating (but not the sales associate's fault)

Store was very small to maneuver around. Did not have size 8? goes from 7-1/2 to 8-1/2. Very busy , long wait.

I have been a customer of pandora for 7 years now and am working on my second bracelet. My mother is still working on her first bracelet, I came in the store to purchase a mother/daughter charm and had heard another customer speaking of a discount for nurses week while I was purchasing my charm, I asked the associate about it and she happily game me the discount of 25% for this I occasion which was very amazing. My only question would be how much more business you would have received with more nurses knowing about this discount, I love pandora and many of my fellow nursing friends do as well. In the future I would suggest reaching out to local hospitals to capitalize on business for this amazing occasion!

They didn't have all the charms I wanted and couldn't tell me when they would be in. The sale associate didn't use the computer to check to see even if they were in the store.

None of the harms I was lookingfor was available. The store is just too small to maneuver through when it’s busy and crowded. There’s never enormous FB sales reps to assist when it’s very busy and you have to wait for assistance.

i liked that the associate knew exactly what i wanted. i went in and was taken right away. the associate could have been more friendly.

This was my first time in a Pandora store and first time bracelet. The bracelet I purchased and selected wasn’t in the box. So I had to return the bracelet and pick up the correct one. It was an inconvenience but overall I’m pleased with my purchase.
