The location is very small, they did say they were moving to a new location. This location has mostly unfriendly associates. I got lucky this time and had probably the only sales person that is friendly. The manager that was there was very stand-off-ish and comes across like she is doing us a favor by being there! Just a very unfriendly environment. I usually don't like to come here, but the other location that I used to purchase Pandora has recently stopped carrying Pandora (cooperate thing I think?). If I would have had more time I would have just ordered online. Highly doubt I will shop here or their new location unless they have a big turnover in staff! Get rid of those rude managers!!!!!

I went Friday night and rep was a lot more organized than the one Saturday that is a manager. On top of that you have new sales ladies their Black Friday and Saturday you needed more people. Also the manager skipped me and I had to go talk to her waited over an hour to be helped. Terrible

No encontre lo que buscaba. Y tampoco tuve la opcion de ordenarlo directamente en la tienda. Tambien compre un producto con ustedes anteriormente y nunca aparecio registrado el misko salio desfectuoso y no tengo como arreglarlo porque no tengo el recivo y la vendedora nunca lo registro.

I was very satisfied with the help I got,but I did not found what I was looking for it.the #25 anniversary charm.

It took forever to locate the charm I wanted

I was not highly satisfied because we did have trouble checking out. It had nothing to do with the staff but rather the tablet equipment. This slowed down the process a bit.

We were having issues finding some of the charms I was looking for but it was in the middle of a sale and I knew stock wouldbe limited. But overall was pretty satisfied

I went In there to window shop and now I need to go back for more charms to buy. It did help to have the sale that is going on

The salesperson had no knowledge of the merchandise.
