My shopping day was on Black Friday this year with Pandora. The entire store was filled in anticipation of the wonderful 35% off SALE. The joy of shopping isn't in everyone,but I reassure you I reminded everybody to pack some extra patience periodically. Retail=Sales=Excellent Experience. It took me over 3.5 hours to make my purchase but I was treated very well by the staff. Kudos To All

Whenever I going into this location I am immediately greeted by a sales rep. They are always willing to assist me with any item I would like to see. They always show me the best deals when available and just willing to work with me within my budget, therefore I will always return to this store.

Sales associate was very helpful and friendly. She was patient with me while choosing charms for a gift and offered suggestions for charms that were not in stock that I was looking for. I always have a great experience in this store and this time was no exception. Disappointed that I missed the Black Friday sale though!

As soon as i walked in i was greeted by an employee and i was offered assistants on what i was looking for. I needed a rose gold charm and since it was my first time in a Pandora store i needed the clip to unlock the bracelet. Employee knew exactly what i needed.
