I was greeted by the staff at the door and warned there would be a ten minute wait by ended up being less time and the sales rep that assisted me came to meet with me and spoke to me like I was a long term customer. I was very pleased...

The sales associate was knowledgeable. The selection was good. The price was decent.

Understanding that it was the holiday season. I was greeted right away and the staff stated appropriately how it would take and gave me updates too when I was going to be seen. The sales lady was heat with answering my questions

I made three purchases but they are going to three different people and I needed a gift receipt for each one. There was no problem and handled with a smile, along with initialing the bottom of each bag so I would know who gets what bag.

First time buying a Pandora bracelet and everything went smoothly. The sales associate was very friendly, helpful and patient as I made my decision. Will definitely be back for charms to fill my new bracelet :)

The associate, Monique, was very helpful and patient when I was checking for bracelets for my daughters, such a nice experience for a first timer!
