The sales associate who helped me (Michele) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The store was very crowded during my visit, but the wait for an associate was brief, and then it was good to have her undivided attention, rather than her having to flit between customers.

I wasn't looking for the traditional Holiday sets, so I was really impressed on how quickly she served my boyfriend and I. The store was extremely busy, but I felt the sales associate made our transaction easy and quick. Great experience!!

After all it is Christmas & lots of shoppers, but still was waited on in a timely manner. Also was not made to feel rushed, associate was very professional. Love the handheld checkout saves tons of time.

I was happy with the assistance that was given, was not sure what gift i wanted to get and she was able to help be decide on something i would have never thought of getting the gift set but the bracelet was so simple and will look great with everything that she wears and the errands add the perfect touch to a simple look as well.

I have always loved Pandora. Recently during an extended hospital stay my bracelet had tarnished due to being exposed to some chemicals , I had lost all of charms and the bracelet. I am happy to be able to start over again.
