I felt welcome all 3 sales Reps spoke to me when I entered the store the rep assisted me in finding another bead also for my next visit Iv picked out the next purchase I have written the names down of beads so when I come in I already know what I'm purchasing and how my bracelet will line up

I've been to the Great Northern Mall locations within the last few months four times. My favorite sales associate is Elizabeth she is very knowledgeable of pandora products, always friendly and has an eye for detail. I will be returning soon.

I appreciated not being jumped upon as I was in the store. I was given time to look around, however, I felt that the associates were aware that I was there to be ready to give assistance if my body language showed needing help. This made me feel more relaxed in the store. The brightness and cleanliness of the store also lead to a more comfortable feel of shopping. Sarah was AWESOME. Her knowledge of the product and how she listened to my questions and concerns made my first experience in a Pandora store very positive. The bracelet is a birthday gift from my mother that I picked out myself and forever will hold a special memory for me. I felt like Sarah was a friend assisting me with buying my first Pandora bracelet. This experience truly made me a fan of Pandora. The packaging made me feel so special as so did the bracelet when I put it on. You now have a customer for life. Thanks, Sarah and Pandora for being special, making me feel special and commemorating my special memories.

We were shopping for my daughter’s birthday. The sales associate pulled disinter and birthday charms to show us. We mentioned that is was disappointing that Pandora didn’t make an Olaf charm (my daughter’s favorite Disney character). She smiled and pulled out the charm. Sold! We were highly satisfied and my daughter LOVED her new charms!

Everything went smoothly got what I wanted & my lady was great at Great Northern !!
