The sales rep michele..was very nice,and very helpful with my purchase..

Upon arriving to the store there was a line outside. The sale's associate came out to greet me and asked for my name. She was very friendly and down to earth. Big plus in my book because it was the day before Mother's Day and I know things can get stressful. The sales lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back soon to shop.

This was my first experience at a Pandora store. There was a bit of a wait to get in the store but that’s to be expected for the Mother’s Day holiday. One of the associates came out of the store to get our names while we were waiting in line. Another associate came out to make sure that we had a booklet to look at the charms that we were interested in getting. Both associates were very friendly. Once we got into the store the associate that assisted us with our purchase was very knowledgeable about your merchandise. Overall an excellent customer service experience.

The girls that were working at the store were very friendly and helpful. It was busy due to Mother’s Day and they had calm attitudes that made everyone feel at ease.

The sales person was very knowledgeable. She took her time with us and did not rush. She made sure we got a free offer we did not know about.

Tracy and her staff do a wonderful job. I am always greeted by name and they have a better memory for what I have purchased than I do at times.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I needed a ring for a birthday present for my niece and I was in and out in no time.

Very good customer service

The customer service is always amazing.. they all make me feel good about spending money in this store. I have never had a bad experience at this location.
