Sales associate remembered me even though it's been a while since I've been there. She was so friendly and helpful. I appreciated her customer service.

The ladies at this pandora were so polite helpful and patient. They made my exchange so easy and quick. I will be giving them all of my business from here on out.

When we entered the store, all sales associates were busy with other guests. This was a bit frustrating, but once we were waited on by the manager of the store, I completely forgot about it. The manager was lovely and explained everything in great detail. I felt that she really cared about me and wanted me to be truly happy with my purchase.

The sales person was very nice. Any questions I had she answered them and seemed very knowledgeable. I will be returning to the Pandora store very soon to add more charms to my bracelet.

Great customer service, clean store, nicely displayed products. First time buying Pandora products and now I understand now why people love Pandora!

Sarah couldn’t of been more helpful and nice. The only disappointment was the lack of the one charm I was looking for. I’ve ordered that online and to this point VERY disappointed with the online purchase and will continue to try the stores first.
