Sales associate was very helpful and friendly. Helped me find product at other location. Appeared to have a genuine interest in my shopping satisfaction.

There was one employee on duty so I enjoyed looking at the merchandise while the employee rang up the previous customer. She served me right away with a hello and smile. She knew where to find the products I required.

My daughter and I were very pleased with Amber at Limeridge Mall in Hamilton. Her knowledge and ideas were truly amazing. The help provided was truthfully kind polite and friendly. Thanks Pandora for a wonderful experience. So much better than on line ordering.

Sara J's assistance in helping me was much appreciated. Her patience and ability to suggest charms that I didn't look at was great. She put the charm on my existing bracelet and shared her opinion on how it looked with the charms I had on my bracelet.
