had to wait for almost an hour in line to get to the store, as only 2 sales associates were available. also dissatisfied with the fact that i wasn't made aware of a promotion that was on a few weeks ago and missed out on an item really wanted to purchase

The sales associate wasn’t knowledgeable. Didn’t know any information about the products asked. She seemed to be very new, nervous and unexperienced. Myself coming from a sales business I wouldn’t want to have her on my team unsupervised.

Pandora’s are franchises so they all make up their own rules?! Really?! Can’t use the $10 off coupon from the bottom of the receipt and apply it to the current promotion even though 2 other locations had no issues with it? Policies and procedures should be the same across the board!

We were kept in a line outside the store until there was an available service assistant. I was OK with that and while waiting, the outside service assistant actually went into the store to confirm the merchanise I wanted was in stock. So far, OK. As I waited to enter the store I noticed 4 service assistants serving clients and 5 cashiers talking to each other and not serving. I asked the outside assistant if any were available to assist -- they were not, they were cashiers only. Staffing is a little off if you ask me. More cashiers than service assistants doesn't make sense. And, when I finished with my service assistant, she actually took me to the cash and rang through my purchase. Why wasn't I handed off to a cashier (there were 5 doing nothing) so she could return to service the next customer? Again, very bad staffing and unclear responsibilities, it would seem. And, I was not pleased with the upsell -- 3 attempts when I made it extremely clear that I was only there to buy a specific charm, that I was in a hurry and that I wasn't interested in additional information. Finally, I was not happy to be asked for a significant amount of personal information at cash.

My daughter bought me a Bracelet for mothers day and was told no problem to exchange for the size. When I went to YORKDALE to exchange it they wouldn't and were very RUDE about it. All I wanted to do was exchange it. Then I went to UPPER CANADA MALL and the girls there were AMAZING and so friendly they could NOT BELIEVE they wouldn't exchange my braclet. Maybe Yorkdale should be reminded that be are coming out of a COVID LOCKDOWN. Hope other customers don't have problems exchanging there.

The sales associate presssured me in to buying something I didn’t want. I specifically asked for one type of item and she only would show me other types. I was so unhappy with the experience I decided to just purchase it and get out. Then the cashier was extremely unfriendly, in fact, rude.
