Lack of sales staff, only 4 people working, were told to lineup at the door till someone was available to assist. Sales associate closest to door in ear shot of the lineup could hear the conversation going on with the customer. When I realized it was gossiping more than selling I started timing, this went on for 13 minutes before I could enter the store. I spent approximately 5 minutes making my purchase, the gossiping was still going on when I left. Was not impressed at all.

I wasn't very satisfied with the product's availability, there wasn't enough sizes for the selected rings I have chosen. Also the employee who helped me that day was sort of rushing me and told me that she can't keep helping me because I was apparently taking "too much time", although I understand it was a promotion day, I was still a bit disappointed with the service. I hope the next time I go the service and the product's availability will be better because I do really enjoy Pandora's jewelry and believe the jewelry is high quality and worth it. I do really hope Pandora will take my feedback into consideration, thank you.

I received a personal phone call from Pandora to come in for the promotional deal (I tend to buy a lot at this store), and that I would receive the travel jewelry case. I waited in line for 45 min to get into the store and the person in front of me got the last travel case (the store had sold out of the pink cases and now were given out green ones (which I wanted). So I didn't get it and was disappointed. Summer did try to make it better by giving me the small white case. I also asked the lady who helped me (I didn't get her name) for the black stoppers for the clips... when I gave the gift to my mother they weren't in the box or bag. Now I need to come back again to get one for her bracelet when I specifically had asked for it. I know it's a busy time at the store but I hold Pandora in a high esteem and expect service that reflects that

I was satisfied. The service was great but the box my bracelet set came in was a little bit damaged and that was half the reason I bought the set because I wanted the jewelry box. It was made in China and not that great of quality

The store is too small. Couldn't see the product that was displayed. Customers were blocking most of the displays. The store is too small and it didn't seem to have the selection like the other store at Vaughan mills had

I was returning an item that my daughter received but already has. Unfortunately, there was no gift receipt included and as such 40% was deducted from the amount of my return. That is extremely upsetting and I really feel taken advantage of.
