I was approached by a sales representative immediately on entering the store. She was very friendly and knew exactly what I was looking for when I asked about a particular item.

I came in to take advantage of the recent promotion. I found what I was looking for. the only issue was the store was very crowded due to the promotion going on. Even though we waited outside in a line for available assistance it was elbow to elbow in the store so no privacy. Maybe a numbering system may work better during peak hours - not sure.

The store items didn't been as much I expected. Actually, the store was too small to expose items to see. They didn't offer me to look at a catalog to choose an item.

Had to wait a really long time for a sales associate to become available to assist me.

There was a lot less charms available than in previous years. Charms used to be more unique and personal in previous years, the current ones are very basic and boring. Prices have also increased a ridiculous amount for pieces that are not as thrilling.

Did not have large asymmetrical heart shaped earrings in stock.

Love the products but would like to see more reflections variety.

My experience was satisfied. The sales rep was pleasant and assisted me well.

The item I went there to purchase, was sold out so had to settle for another.
