Did not have the size of the ring I needed so sales associate simple gave me the next size up and did not even tell me the size. I came back in later to get the smaller size (size 50). Sales associate did look but then simply said they didn't have it in stock and did not offer to order it in for me.

During a promotion, there should be more staff available to handle high volumes of shoppers. We waited about 15-20 minutes for an associate to help us.

Anita- the salesperson who helped me was so amazing! She helps me with what I need and all of my questions. I highly recommend her! The only thing I don't like is that, I think that's the manager, when I pay my items, I'm asking if I can wrap it separately because its for gifts. She's so rude! She asks how many items are for gifts because I can't give you 1 by 1 for single items she said. I even ask if it is possible if I can have paper bag with each items. She said NO. I've been to other pandora stores, they always gave me the things I request and always treat me very nice. They even give me boxes for each items. Compare to their store, they gave me a cheaper one.

I had taken a bracelet I purchased online into Masonville mall Pandora to exchange it for a different size of the exact same bracelet which my receipt in my shipment had said I could do in store and exchange is not available via mail, I was told by multiple associates that they couldn’t exchange something i bought online for a different size even thought it was the same bracelet just different sizes. I was told I would have to exchange it through the mail and send it back in the mail to get a different size. Pandora needs to communicate better to the associates here what there exchange and return policy is as I was told something completely different from what was stated in my online purchase receipt. All the associates I dealt with were friendly but obviously do not have the correct information or haven’t been trained enough

Sales person ignored me and waited on other customers that came in the store AFTER I did. Her demeanor was somewhat "dismissive".

Sales associate did not have knowledge of the new arrivals or the placement of merchandise in the store. When she was looking for help, the other sales associate and manager did not seem keen in assisting. They were engaged in social taking and just ignoring her and me, the client.
