Camila was inviting, warm, friendly, gave excellent suggestions, and made my decision-making easier as I was torn between 3 pieces. Her honestly was refreshing as you don't always obtain perspective in retail. I have returned to the Masonville store (London, Ontario) twice in 1 1/2 weeks. The sales associate Vicky was extremely friendly and welcoming. Helped assisted me with my purchase, even asked for a second opinion from another employee. I really enjoyed that they offered their opinions and didn't try and sell me something I did not want.
