I knew what charm i wanted but couldn't remember the name, the associate new right away which charm i wanted and suggested one to go with it that i bought as well. the service was quick and very polite. I am very happy with my charms and service i received.

I was very highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora Masonville. I was looking to find a necklace that I could wear on an everyday basis but did not have anything in particular in mind. I was pleasantly greeted and helped by Nicole. I told her what I was looking for and she promptly pulled out a few great options. I’m very indecisive and she was very patient with me. Nicole was not pushy at all and offered her honest opinion which I found very helpful! Ultimately, I was able to find the perfect piece!
