Purchased $170.00 (before tax) worth of products not only is there signs everywhere in the store saying you'll get a limited Pandora Christmas ornament ..I was never offered one. Did they run out? if so take your signs down. Then to top it off, the website says if I spend $150.00 in store or on line I will get a free winter bracelet, again never told anything in store or offered one? Why? have you run out .. then should I be offered a discount on something? I'm very dissastified and have probably spent $2000.00 in Pandora!

I know it was the weekend and the promotion was going on, but the store was way too crowded. Also I had to wait to get the assistant and saw other people who came later than I did got help first.

Salesperson Anahid K No 101611 , when i get to the store she was hesitant to help me. I asked her if she is assiting a customer. I showed her what I wanted and made her service easier because I know what I wanted, she gave me a very poor customer service. I am not going back at this store if this is the kind of treatment I get. When I got my receipt i noticed that my name did not show up and I am a member of pandora club. so i asked her if my purchase will be added in my profile? she looked at me and scribbled in the tablet. , So my point is. That is not how the way you do customer service. Rude and kinda racist . I was there the previous week anfd the lady hepled me was really nice and gave me great service. This is not how customer to be treated. Bad service.

The associate who cashed me out had a terrible demeanour and seemed unhappy. She gave me the earrings from the display rather than grab me a new one. She put the earrings in a box that seemed like it was returned from a customer. I got the earrings and noticed a bad smell from the box and the earrings looked used. I went back to let her know and she treated me like a nuisance and that I was a big bother. The whole experience from the beginning was not good and in the end I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed.

I purchased a bracelet & charm as a gift - charm is a different price online than in store. On the receipt it states Incorrect price $58.99 and then I was charged $85.00. I really did not want to go back to store due to COVID now I will need to make another trip into the mall. Will be returning the entire order for credit.

The sales associate was rude and accused me of trying to return used merchandise. She said the ring was scratched and that Pandora jewelry scratches easily!

My 6yo daughter wanted to buy a charm with her allowance money after I picked out multiple charms for my wife - the sales person appeared to be bothered by my child, was arrogant and standofish completely ruining this for my daughter - there was no effort to make it fun or special and on the contrary we were made to feel like a hassle and an issue despite me also just picking 10 other charms, just so rude and ruined any joy in this experience with my daughter after waiting in line to get in! Why would I want to come back again?
