First when I walked in there was a salesperson, Erika C who had a greeting, had eye contact and a smile. Told her interested in pinky rings and she got a few to show me in my size. Demonstrated the rings on her fingers and had pleasant feedback in conversation regarding the rings. Disguised options of payment, the survey, offered the purchase of the cloth for cleaning and price. With all that she was smileing and pleasant. Great interaction and eye contact.

As soon as I walked in, the associate was available to me. I asked about earrings, certain size, and they showed me 3 sets. aAssociate was very friendly and personable.
