The sales associate that helped me was very kind, helpful and welcoming. This was my first pandora experience and I will definitely be coming back again because of how good the service was along with the selection of jewelery.

The sales associate Emily was so helpful. She recommended some products she’s thought I’d like. She also helped my finds sales items which would help me qualify for the free jewelry box

When you enter the store you are greeted with a smile and a welcome. Sirena was very professional and patient with me. I had to order one item on line and she took that extra step and helped me with that.

My rep, Syed H. was wonderful! I came in unsure of what exactly I wanted but Syed asked thoughtful, open-ended questions and was able to make a personalized recommendation. His communication skills and can-do attitude made the whole experience one of the best I've had in a retail store. I walked out of the store etremely happy with my purchase.
