I was highly satisfied because the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable of the various products. There was a great selection of products. The store was very well laid out and displayed the products very well. The gift wrapping was also very nice touch and was greatly appreciated.

The service was very thorough and they knew what they were talking about. She gave me advice between two pieces I liked and helped me with "techniques" to see which one I liked more. The store was clean and the people there were very sweet.
