Service is always great. Lots of patience. Polish my bracelet when adding new charms.

The two salesclerks were very attentive and knowledgeable. I had not been in this store before, my son bought me a charm for Christmas and I wanted to return it because I didn't think it fit my bracelet correctly. The salesclerk showed me that it can screw on and I had no idea that was possible. When I asked to exchange one of the charms for a dog and not a cat she was very polite and personable. She made the experience very pleasant and welcoming, I would go back and trust her knowledge and choices. Really great experience.

Sales staff were knowledgeable, helpful and I love the product I purchased. I bought two charms for my great-granddaughter - one for her 18th birthday and the other for her graduation in June

She also took the time helping me search for clips that were on the boxing week sale to help secure my charms into place. Great service!
