Hi, Pandora Team of Cooks town Outlets here in Canada. I wasn't satisfied with my visit because the salesperson named Brianne M. who were serving us was really rude and not paying attention to me and to my sister. I don't recommend this women to work in Pandora who didn't give us an excellent customer service. She was really bad and not giving us options to choose the charms and she is not paying attention. She wasn't friendly at all! She looks so sad and devastated while accommodating us which our excitement turns into disappointment. I was excited to buy a gift for my older sister but then my visit in Pandora wasn't that good. Hopefully, next time if I will visit again the store, I will not encounter this problem anymore because I was just a guest who want to buy a present for someone in this coming Christmas. Hope this feedback will help the improvement of the service.
