Bracelet

We bought a product that the sales person said was good for my bracelet. After going home; and paying lots of money, the product did not work with the purchased bracelet.

I was waiting a long time to be served and no one acknowledged me. Finally when one associate was done she helped a lady that just walked in. I said excuse me we have been waiting a long time and she looked disgusted and yelled for another associate to help me. It was unprofessional and I felt like I was an annoyance. The associate that helped was lovely but she found it hard to find the prices. The prices should be noted on back of the charms so the staff don't have to flip through multiple books to find them.

During the previous visit I was charged for an item which I did not receive and did not to purchase. The error was noticed by a sales associated from a different pandora store. I came back to this store to correct the issue. I was refused a refund and forced to buy another item or lose the money. I also wanted to use a $10 discount for an item I had purchased previously, that was refused to me as well. This $10 should have been offered to me at least as a courtesy for the mistake that was done by the sales associate for the overcharged item. I had to drive 50 km to correct the mistake. Also, the sales associate was not very polite and constantly argued.

Incorrect price on my receipt from what was displayed will call location back since only noticed when i got home. Price paid was 45 shouldve been 35 paid as displayed minus 35percent off

The sales person that was assisting me was only interested in upselling to higher priced merchandise in the store rather than looking at the retired pieces. Although I was there specifically to see some retired pieces. When asking for advice on bracelet sizing for a gift, all she had to say was doesn't matter some ladies like it. Making me feel like she didn't even listen to my questions. I then asked to see the retired rings and it felt like she was only interested in what was happening elsewhere in the store. I left with only 1 charm when I was intending on purchasing more. Also, there was a promotion going on with the mall that I heard another customer be told about by another sales associate while leaving and there was never a mention of it to me.

My second visit to purchase a gift, not all representative are aware of what they have. I could of ordered my gift online, I drove 50km to this location for the service. The store did not have the color/size of the bracelet. I had planned my gift but became confused when products were not available, I couldn't make a decision clearly. My feelings were hurt by a comment made by the sales representative. I got the feeling that the same representative was impatient because another of her customer came in and was waiting for her. I feel Pandora should not impose on representatives to meet a sales target because it impacts customer satisfaction. I could of walked out but I felt sales representative (pregnant) did do some work and I wanted her to be awarded. Why representative couldn't offer to order the product from online to the store? The products they didn't have at the store. This whole experience made me feel very small. I feel this is due to the fact sales representatives are commissioned and they try to target as much sales possible in a day. to order the products what they didn't have in the store

Faulty item refused a refund only exchange. Was final sale but I wasn’t buying a faulty item! Head office has started the refund process!

After spending $252.59 at the store, the associate told me that those items are final sale, which is fine, but then after that, told me it was "not under warranty". I do not understand just because it's a discounted item, why would Pandora not honor the warranty if something went wrong? I then got home, found that the black colour from the pandora boxes was on the new necklace as the black colour robbed off onto the product, it's so disappointing on the quality of the product and service of Pandora, now i have to drive back for them to clean it bcz the black mark is where she put the necklace inside the box on the top I am so upset, I spend at least 10k in my life time already at Pandora, i have 4 full bracelace and all my friends buys me pandora products, I am so upset with Pandora, very upset.
