I was shopping with my mother in law and my daughter, we had a great time looking at and picking out charms. Our first salesperson had to leave before we were finished shopping but she was polite in explaining she had children to pickup. The transition to the next associate was pleasantly seamless.

I went in with my mother and grandmother. We were first being served by one woman who seemed to come off a little impolite and curt with us. It turned out that she needed to leave and had already gone over her shift end time. That made sense, however I believe it would have been better for her to have just told us from the get-go that her shift had ended and she needed to pass us off to another associate. Even if we had needed to wait for one to be available, I believe that would have been better. Along with that, I ended up receiving the wrong charm but didn't notice until I had gotten home. While at the Pandora, we were told that any purchases made would be final sale. Today I went to another location asking about that and was told that there was a 30 day return policy. I can understand specific items being final sale, however, I am a bit upset about this charm as it is not the exact one I had been looking at.

There were 3 employees in the store and 2 customers, myself and the one being served by an employee. I had to wait 5-10 minutes for that employee to finish with their customer, for them to help me. It made no sense that there were 2 other employees in the store that could have easily assisted me, instead of making me wait. I was extremely close to leaving the store, I was getting very frustrated. However, once I was served by the busy lady (that should have had help) she was very kind and polite.

The sales always truncated the price. If the items $127.99, she will stated as $127. She mentioned that there is a promo over for 10% off, but she do not know how to do it. Nor she is willing to manually change. She will then passed on to another associate, but the 2nd associate verbally advised, when the one served still have no clue. When there are no other customers except us. End up blamed to the system and refused to give 10% off the total order, when she originally said that will be

Since canceling instagram where product was able to communicate with the associate the service has definitely changed. I don't like the new way at all. This store is far for me and now with no instagram I can no longer call and pay then pick up at my convenience. This is very disappointing. The associate I spoke to today had no clue what I was describing. Not good đ

The assistant didnât want to accept Cookstown mall gift card , saying you canât combine two offers . I said itâs gift card , she said if you want to have free bracelet you have to choose . I was there with two toddlers, they start playing there and I rushed to leave . But if I was alone I would definitely ask for manager . The name of the assistant is Irina .

the visa card has been charged in the terminal and the staff asked us to give the VISA card again to see the expiration date of the VISA. we were worries it may double charges on the credit card.
