I was satisfied with my experience. Highly satisfied terminology can mean different things to different people. Highly satisfied for me would mean that the time to check me out would be quick and seamless. someone packs away my item and the computer systems should be faster. The cashier having to search for item in the books to scan for price is a slow process that the customer should not need to deal with. Also, customers can not see all items on display, we have to rely on someone to show us, the prices too are not visible. Store space unfortunately is a factor if this were to change.

I had a previous problem at that store location. I was promptly taken care of. My bracelet that was broken in the cleaning machine on my previous visit was exchange.

I had to wait 5 mins before someone could bring out merchandise for me to look at. It's an outlet and was busy, but a sales rep tending to someone took a ridiculous amount of time wrapping her items in tissue and then bagging them, she did not seem to move with urgency as I stood there for 5 mins and watched. The turnover of customers was too slow. Also, unlike my regular mall location, a tray would be left on the counter as the sales rep walked off to get another tray. This surprised me.

I asked the price of an item. One associate told me one price and the other associate told me a different price

I would have liked to been offered to look at other items, possibly have the associate make a few more suggestions. Also, there were no promotions!

I had asked if a sale was upcoming and the the sales associate said not at this time of the year yet a sale began a couple of days later. I could have received my one charm for free.

I won't need anymore charms as of now for my bracelet . We travel 1 1/2 hours to get to this store , it is a road trip us girls take once in a while .

Not as great a selection for an outlet

Charms were not easy to find. Sale was not applicable to the charms we wanted. There was a wait for sales staff.
