could not find the correct size to 100% fit my finger

I was not highly satisfied with my pandora experience as the charm I bought looked kind of used.

I was satisfied. The only improvement could have been if I was offered more charm choices. Probed a bit more about who I was shopping for more trays of charms. But it was a good experience but I realized I made a mistake on my charm and as it was on sale I couldn't do anything to change it. It will be fine but I am not as excited about gifting it now.

The stores locations it's far from my area, I live at Midland Ontario. Also when they have store promotions they have too much customer that visit and I have to line up long time to get in to the stores. It would be good if they will have the stores close to my area.

Although the sales rep was trying to help, it did take longer to find what I was looking for as she didn't have enough knowledge about the prices of the charms I wanted. She had to refer to a few books looking up prices which required more time than usual. She expressed she's been working "for a month" so that is the reason her knowledge of charms was poor. Also, she really didn't offer any suggestions when it came to styling which was unsatsifying compared to the other location that I usually shop at. When I spoke to the lead sales person for a moment, she was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, she could have sold me more to tell you the truth. She had dark brown hair. She knew all the prices and offered so many alternatives but she was also assisting another customer at the same time. I would have prefered to switch sales associates. However, I was happy with the promo and found the retired charms I was looking for.

The choices were not so many in this store. The discount was not like my expectation. This store is not on tanger outlet extra discount list.

The selection was not the greatest. Had a hard time finding my size. It's also frustrating not k owing prices without asking.

your associates should give me /others a few minutes to browse, before attacking , commission or not, take it easy , the prices are getting a little to high for the quality, and after each purchase , customers should get a cleaning cloth for the items purchased, just like when you buy glasses, you always get a cleaning cloth

This store much to congested. Very hard to get around. Small store to much stock.

I wanted a ring and they did not have my size :(
