The sales associate was somewhat helpful, but did not dedicate her full attention to me. It was my first time shopping in Pandora and I felt uncomfortable asking her to see other pieces like as if I was bothering her. She was too busy talking to other associates and worrying about what was going on outside of the store. When I asked questions she brushed them off or sighed like it was an inconvenience to her. I felt as if I was too rushed into my purchases. At one point she even left me for a few minutes to check on other things. My experience would’ve been better if I had a better associate who was more focused on me, my experience and needs.

She is very helpful and I had positive customer experience . she made some recommandation as well.

The fact that it was final sale. I had an issue with my previous bracelet and it got lost 3 years ago because it was loose.

Few sales associates and I had to wait for customer service. Didn't get greeted like I usually do when I entered the store. Experience was not up to par compared to other stores I've been.

I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for a sales associate. This is usually the case at this location.

I wanted a size smaller in the bracelet, it showed up in store but was not able to be located but Pandora team.

My sales associate was amazing and nice. While I was waiting to be served however a different representative took the book i was looking at to serve her customers, she brought them to where I was, basically pushing me out of the way. She never said excuse me or may i use this. She just didn't care that I was even there

The sales associate was not friendly and made snide remarks through my visit. Would definitely return but ask for another associate.
