I came into the store with my daughter and her baby. While we were being served, our sales associate was also serving another customer at the same time. This annoyed me as my granddaughter was getting fussy. I feel she should have finished serving us first before assisting another customer.

When we walked in all sales associates were busy and the section we wanted to see was blocked off by other customers completing their transactions. We had to wait some time for those customers to clear before we could look at the merchandise and were about to leave and shop online when the counter became available. Also, the selection available was not as vast as the online selection, but we were there to get an idea of the size and quality of the charms.

They should have more people to help.
